What & why
Young Global Pioneers establish global and diverse talent networks for young talents between the age of 19 and 25 who are curious of the world around them and eager to find out how they can make their mark.
Each YGP Talent Network is kick-started on a 3-week learning JOURNEY to India, China or Tanzania, designed to stimulate the young talents’ global insights, intercultural competences and ability for innovative reflection on global challenges. The young talents travel in a group of approx. 20 peers, coming from a broad range of countries and with diverse backgrounds, in order to interact, inspire and be inspired, and to engage in a lasting global network.
During the 3 weeks, the participants will engage with each other, a broad range of local youth, visit local universities and businesses, meet up with local entrepreneurs, experience local art and music, see historic sites, and gain first-hand insights into both social and environmental NGO projects. Everything takes place in a planned manner in accordance with our intuitive learning architecture.
Upon completion of the JOURNEY, Young Global Pioneers will continue to support and facilitate the YGP Talent Network for life-long friendships and global inspiration.
