What & why

Young Global Pioneers establishes diverse global talent networks for young talents aged between 19 and 25, who are curious about the world around them and eager to find out how they can make their mark.

Each YGP Global Talent Network kick-starts on a 3-week Learning Journey, designed to stimulate the young talents’ global insights, intercultural competences and ability for innovative reflection on global challenges. The young talents travel in a group of approximately 25 peers, with diverse backgrounds coming from an array of countries, in order to interact, inspire and be inspired, and to engage in a lasting global network.

During the 3-week Learning Journey, participants engage with each other, a broad range of local youth, visit local universities and businesses, meet up with local entrepreneurs, experience local art and music, see historic sites, and gain first-hand insights into both social and environmental NGO projects. Everything takes place in a planned manner in accordance with our intuitive learning architecture.

Upon completing the Learning Journey, Young Global Pioneers will continue to support and facilitate the YGP Global Talent Network for life-long friendships and global inspiration.
