We had an amazing visit at Nafasi Art Space, an artist’s cooperative in Dar es Salaam, which hosts a number of diverse artists including painters, sculptors, weavers, dancers and musicians. YGP participants had the opportunity to see the artist’s studios and learn about the various programs and initiatives that Nafasi engages with to foster the arts in Tanzania. We topped off the visit with an interpretive dance workshop!

Today, the participants are hard at work planning the continuation of their Global Talent Network for many years to come.
