Kick-starting the 2017 Global Talent Network

Providing intercultural experiences to future leaders: During the next 3 weeks in Tanzania, 23 selected talents from 12 counties will learn about, experience and discuss local and global challenges.

Discussing the mission and learning architecture of YGP, and also completing a teamwork challenge at a local market market in the afternoon, the participants have now kick-started their 2017 YGP Learning Journey.

It may be the first day of the Journey, but we have already learned a lot! Here are a few insights from this evening’s Reflection Hour:

Pernille: “We are so similar in so many ways and so different in other ways.”

Gabriel: “Stepping out of your comfort zone is the first step to finding common ground with other people and eventually expanding it further than you would have ever imagined.”
