“Being strong means having enough courage to unveil your weaknesses,” is Elena’s reflection on the day.
Today, we undertook part two of our Emotional Intelligence Workshop, where participants examined their own strengths and weaknesses. After sharing their personal insights with each other and getting feedback, participants later reflected on how emotional intelligence can be used to drive change in the world.
Earlier this morning, YGP went seaweed farming, taking advantage of the lowest tide to explore the farming process and how the seaweed is transformed into everyday products.
Irene – “Emotions are not harmful in themselves, but rather in how we handle them.”
Kaan – “Teamwork always win over individuality; a superstar can save the match, but if you want to get the championship you have to play with good teamwork.”
