Today we visited the Danish Embassy in Dar es Salaam, where we learned about the work Denmark’s Foreign Ministry does in Tanzania. The participants engaged in critical discussions, unpacking the complexities of development policy and funding. The talking points ranged from  Tanzania’s societal progress since independence to Danish development programs in the business and healthcare sectors. The day also included a buzz talk about aid vs. trade.
