TRADE, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT & REFLECTION

International trade, globalization & the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Today we jumped straight into the learning! Through a series of workshops and activities, the participants engaged in critical conversations examining their role as global citizens to work towards innovative solutions for some of tough problems facing the world.

After an afternoon visit to Nelson Mandela University, the participants undertook their daily Reflection Hour. The Reflection Hour is a core component of the YGP Learning Journey, where every evening the participants take time to reflect on their learning of the day, individually and then in groups.
