Visit To The Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding

Jacob: “The panda is a very fragile creature we give extreme welfare and care. Just like the attention we give this animal, this same kind of love should be shown to the ecosystem of our world.”

Yesterday the YGP Learning Journey took the participants to visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, where specialists work to preserve the Giant Panda in its natural habitat. Here the participants learned about the endangerment of the Giant Panda and other species and how their endangerment affects the Chinese ecosystem.
